Gary Williams
Gary Williams is a Teaching Professor in the Center for Entrepreneurship at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, where he teaches Entrepreneurial Strategy and Venture Capital/Private Equity. He is the Founder and Advisor of Cougar Capital, a student-run investment fund focused on seed, venture, and buyout transactions. Gary previously served as President and CEO of Sterling Wentworth Corporation/SunGard Expert Solutions (NYSE: SDS), a global financial technology company, and serves on several corporate advisory boards and the National Advisory Council for the Marriott School. He and his wife, Debbie, have four children and fifteen grandchildren. Gary enjoys the outdoors and is an avid cyclist and mountain climber.
