He also brings extensive experience in investing, entrepreneurship, and legislative service to his role. With over two decades of experience in venture capital and finance, Mr. Moss has been vital in fostering innovation and economic development within Utah. His previous roles include Associate Commissioner of Innovation for the Utah System of Higher Education and Majority Leader in the Utah House of Representatives.
