Tom Ngo is the Founder and CEO of Lumin.ai, where he leads efforts to enhance human communication through AI-driven conversation technology. With a career bridging research and entrepreneurship, he focuses on how living systems learn and evolve—and how those principles can improve machine intelligence. Previously, he served as Chief Product Officer at Idealab and has led multiple ventures at the intersection of science and technology. Tom holds a Ph.D. in Computational Biophysics from Harvard University and a B.A. in Physics from Cambridge University.
